Workshop Technician (Jakarta Base)
Qualification:
- Have 2 – 3 years experience especially in Oil and Gas industry
- Knowledge and experience in liner hanger, inflatable packers, swellables, and casing accessories
- Good interpersonal skills
- Mechanical aptitude
- Min Diploma Degree D3 in mechanical or engineering discipline
- Good written and verbal Bahasa Indonesia communication skills
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Flexible and adaptable to a changing environment

- Able to work under-pressure

Qualification:
- Have 3 years experience as HR generalist
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, procedures, systems
- Strong understanding of Indonesian rules, regulations, laws in the HR arena

- Bachelor Degree S1 in Human Resources, Psychology, Law or Industrial Engineering
