Section Head of HSE / HSE Manager (Balikpapan Based)
Qualification:
- Have 5 Years Experience in HSE and familiar with HSE management system of general international HSE management practice, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 system, and OHSAS 18001 is an advantage.
- Bachelor Degree in relevant discipline and have relevant HSE Expert certification
- Willing to travel to remote sites, strong analytical skill, strong leadership, computer literacy is a must, fluent in English both oral and written, familiar with HSE
- Requirements and safe practice of work, competencies in integrity, synergy, commitment, teamwork & cooperation, customer services orientation, general intelligence, problem solving and achievement motivation.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team to manage all the activities related to Health, Safety, Fire and Environment (HSE)
- Identify, formulate and implement HSE policies and any regulation (laws relating to HSE) to comply with existing laws and regulation
- HSE management system and emergency response system in line with the requirement of company development, base on corporate HSE policies and targets
