Key Accountabilities
1. Ensure the effective management of the supply management function:
a. To effectively contribute to the Operations Management Team and execute all supply and administration activities with regards to the daily operational activities for the company s materials and commodities.
b. Ability to development policies, procedures and standards for: Purchasing, Receiving; Warehousing & Distribution; Operations management and Inventory management.
c. Business management of a commercial framework for materials control and distribution
2. In accordance with business priorities ensure an effective system is in place for managing optimum stock levels whilst applying commercial acumen.
3. Ensure the most economic and business effective process and systems are in place.
4. Maintain functional financial responsibility and ensure effective reporting as required.
5. Ensure an effective internal/external communication mechanism is in place to support the provision of a seamless supply chain process.
6. Manage, motivate and develop the team members to ensure the achievement of personal and functional objectives.
7. Develop a list of preferred suppliers through a tender process, ensuring that all MB Century HSE, commercial and business systems, policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
INVENTORY CONTROL OFFICER

Job Description
This individual will be responsible for the Management of Inventory across all operations within business unit. Maintain an acceptable and accurate inventory levels and report for shortages, damages, and all inventory levels on a regular basis. This role needs to align to the overall Group strategy through planning, organising within prescribed policies, frameworks and budgetary constraints, as well as through communication and direction from the SCM Manager.
Key Accountabilities
1. Responsible for local and international inventory orders including sourcing of stock items both local and internationally, enter the purchase order in the system and ensure that MR has to be issued for any request for stock items.
2. Ensure that all receiving and coding of inventory items are performed in accordance with the company s policy and procedure.
3. Responsible for inventory and stock take, monitor stock levels and ensure that information from Rig are correct, and produce reports for stock levels and values from the system regularly.
4. Maintain the company s tracking system for Stock MR and liaise with Operations personnel on queries for MR and delivery details for all stock items.
5. Liaise with the purchasing officer on transport schedule to ensure that a cost-effective mode of consolidation is in place.
6. Able to analyze and perform a root cause problem solving and corrective action process for inventory discrepancies to improve inventory data and reduce the risk of inaccuracy.

Qualification:
- Have more 10 year s experience at a senior level within supply chain management, in one of the following disciplines: Supply Management; Materials Management & Logistics/Distribution
- Oil & Gas experience preferred, providing extensive supply chain/logistics experience and application is proven, and familiarity with PTK007 BPMigas Procurement Regulations.
- Experience of having worked both strategically/operationally
- Bachelor Degree S1 in relevant subject.
- Management experience in an industry with high stock velocities, with extended lead-times through multiple warehousing facilities
- Daily Systems use of an reputable ERP system

- This individual will be expected to develop and coordinate departmental systems, plans for the distribution process for materials and equipment and controlling material stocks and local procurement services to the organisation by maintaining optimum stock levels to sustain operations. The individual will also be responsible to manage site supply teams and have the ability to make decisions, which could affect the organisation in 1-3 years.

- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly MS Excel (Table, List, Pivot Table, Lookups functions).

- General understanding of Internal Audit requirements.
- Able to work as a team in a multi-nationals environment.
- Bachelor Degree S1 preferably in Engineering or Technical Degree
- Fluent in English communication, written and spoken.
