Compensation and Benefit Coordinator (Code: AHR)
Qualification:
- Have more 7 years experience with a minimum of 4+ years experience in coordinating and supervising all activities and/or processes related to the provision and administration of Compensation and Benefit Services and not limited to C&B policies and procedures, payroll system, tax calculation, market benchmarking process, job evaluation process, grading system and pay structure.
- Bachelor Degree S1 from reputable University
- Fluency in English both spoken and written
- Computer Literacy. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Familiarization with SAP is an advantage
- Able to work well in a team and having high motivation, discipline, dynamic with good personality
- To be placed in Jakarta office.
