Vacancy 2010 in PT AGINCOURT RESOURCES a subsidiary of G-Resources is a Hong Kong listed gold mining and exploration company. It has acquired the world-class Martabe gold-silver project in northern Sumatera, Indonesia. Already in development, Martabe is expected to commence production of gold in 2011. The mine will be capable of producing at a rate of 250,000oz gold and 3M oz silver per annum.
Martabe with a resource base of 6.5Moz gold and 66Moz silver will form the core starter asset around which a globally competitive, Asia-Pacific focused gold company will be built. G-Resources seek to rapidly grow production to more than one million ounces of gold annually through exploration of the large and highly prospective Martabe property and through acquisition of other quality gold assets.

Senior Field Supervisor (GEO-1154)
This position will be based in Martabe project with FIFO schedule 4/2 weeks and reports directly to the Project Geologist. This role is accountable to support all of technical teams in all explorations areas. Assign and manage of field crews require to support field exploration activities.

Requirement :
- Have 5 -10 years experience in field support, and setting up and maintenance a field camps.
- Having good leadership, and able to organize teams.
- Expected implement programs on an assigned with guidance from his superior.
- Min education Senior High School graduates; a Bachelor degree is preferred and demonstrates the ability to complete large and complex projects.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills, mentoring and training of Junior Supervisor and sub ordinates.
- Familiar using tape and compass for survey work.
- Basic spoken and written English language skills.
- High level of record keeping, timesheets and daily management of field crews.
- Familiar with helicopter supported fly camp operations would be advantage.
- Familiar with drilling support activities.
