DEPUTY MINING OPERATION MANAGER
Job Requirements :
- Have 6 years experience in mining industry
- Posses minimum POP (Pengawas Opersional Pertama) certificate
- Well understanding about mining operation (facility / equipment / man power)
- Good knowledge about HSE / K3 procedure
- Good understanding about administration support to mine operation such as logistic, finance, and human resource
- Able to manage both natural resources and human resources to achieve efficient and productive result
- Able to make a plan and execution, including production mining analysis and cost
- Male age max 40 years old
- Engineering Degree S1 in mining engineering, geology
- Fluent in English both oral & written
- Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Self confident and tactful to communicate with people in every level within the organization / corporate
- Having competency of Leadership: Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling
- Strong leadership skill and people management
