Requirements:
- Have 5 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in Compensation & Benefits or Employee/Labour Relation.
- Having competency of Leadership: Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling
- Bachelor Degree S1 any field.
- Strong leadership skill and people management
- Excellent ability to write and communicate both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Willing to travel to Sites
