GENERAL MANAGER
Requirements :
- Have 5-10 years experience in mining company
- Male, ages round 38+ years old
- Bachelor Degree from University, preferable graduated from Overseas University
- Fluent in English and Mandarin language for oral & written is a MUST
- Deep understanding of mining industry in Indonesia
- Excellent communication, self starter, creative and dynamic person
- Ability to work proactively both independently and in a team
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking
- Having competency of Leadership: Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling
- Strong leadership skill and people management
- Honest, excellence of Integrity, Dedication then strong commitment toward company.
