Mining Production Superintendent
Requirement & Qualifications:
  • Have skill and knowledge in Manage Coal Operation, Process Improvement, Safety Health and Environment, Customer Service, Personal Management, People Development
  • Bachelor Degree S1 in Mining Engineering with minimum 3 years experience, or
  • Graduate Diploma D3 in Mining Engineering with 6 years working experiences in coal mining industry
  • Male with age maximum 35 years old
  • Have active & valid Driving license (SIM) for vehicle
  • Having competency of Leadership: Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling
  • Strong leadership skill and people management
  • Good in communication an interaction with people internally/externally
  • Good command of English both orally and writing will be a great advantage
  • Good computer literacy will be another advantage for success
