Requirements:
Having a minimum 3-5 years experience in its field, the mining operation with a reputable coal mining company or mining contractor. (Field operation)
Graduated S1 in Mining Engineering.
Good leadership and managerial skills
Very good English proficiency both oral and written
Proactive, hardworking and able to work in a dynamic workplace and able to work in a team.
Willing to be stationed in Vietnam
Job description :
Plan and supervise the field operation to accomodate dynamic surface mining operation.
Supervising field operation to operate effectively and efficiently.
Supervise and give clear instructions to contractors to work based on the company’s mine planning and procedures.
Responsible for managing and controlling mining contractor’s performance to achieve production target.
Responsible for managing the general security condition in the mining areas.
Coordinate with related departments to create an environmental friendly and safe working conditions.
