ASSISTANT - PROJECT DIRECTOR, requirement :
5 years of work experience in the same field & positions
Ability to effectively respond to sensitive issues, complex inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, supervisor, and/or management
Male, graduate S1 Degree in Engineering, possible but not mandatory
Able to develop & improve the execution team / work forces
Good English (can read and write in english fluently), passive speaking is ok
PC Literate with Microsoft Office and other computer programs.
Able to finish the jobs with minimum supervision in timely manner, familiar with working under pressure
Excellent communication skill, Computer proficiency, sociable, responsible, honest, independent, discipline, smarts, dynamic, high stress-tolerance, positive attitude, good teamwork, and pleasant personality
Willing to travel to the mine/remote site area.
